Services

A visit lasts 30, 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the cats’ needs, and may include:

• monitoring the cat’s general condition (appetite, behaviour, litter box use, activity level)
• interaction adapted to the cat’s temperament (play, affection, or calm presence, based on the cat’s needs)
• feeding according to the instructions provided
• changing the water and cleaning the bowls
• cleaning the litter box and the surrounding area
•  airing the apartment
• basic checks around the home (lights, windows, doors)
• communication and updates during each visit (messages + photos/videos)

Included services

• the initial visit to get acquainted, go over the details, and collect the keys
• administering simple treatments (tablets, supplements), but only if the cat is cooperative
• feeding other small pets in the home (parrots, fish, etc.)
• watering plants
• păstrarea unui set de chei pentru colaborări viitoare, dacă este cazul
•  întâlnire pentru predare / returnare chei, într-un loc stabilit de comun acord

Additional services (for an extra fee)

These services are not included in the standard visit and are charged separately, only when needed:

• emergency purchases for cats – food, litter, or medication, from the nearest shop or pet store
20 lei + the cost of the products

• • vet visit – transport and time spent at the clinic
30 min – 50 lei. / 60 min – 75 lei / 90 min – 100 lei
(transport costs are added separately, if necessary)

• key pickup / return at the client’s home: 50 lei
