The visit scheduled for the same day is charged in full,even if it is no longer carried out. Last-minute cancellations directly affect the team’s schedule.
We contact you immediately. If you don’t respond, we reach out to the designated contact person. If there’s still no answer, we contact the listed veterinarian. In an emergency, we take the cat to the vet.
We inform you and intervene within the time allocated to the visit and our logistical possibilities. If the situation goes beyond the visit duration, additional time is charged.
We always have a backup catsitter in the team. The keys are transferred safely, and the visits continue without interruptions.
The team is organised by areas. A primary catsitter is assigned based on availability. If they are unavailable for a future booking, another team member will take over.
In the owner's absence, we don't allow the cat acces in unsecured areas. The cat's safety is the priority.
Please let us know in advance. For safety reasons, we do not open the door to unannounced visitors.
We administer treatments only if the cat is comfortable with handling. If the cat refuses or becomes stressed, we don’t insist. We inform you immediately and discuss safe alternatives.
